We pride ourselves on making the ordering process as smooth as possible! Once you and your sales representative have agreed on the price and contents of your building, you then will be sent a Order Form to sign off on electronically. Once the document is signed, your screen will prompt you to our Secured Payment where you can pay the deposit; this allows you to not give personal information over the phone! Once our system has everything back, we will gladly send you a copy for your records! Note, no fee is imposed for using a card.
Great question! A certified building is one that has been engineered to meet local wind and snow load requirements. In some areas, certification is required for all structures, while in others it may only apply to occupied buildings or regions with heavy snow or strong winds. Our team can design and install custom metal buildings that comply with these certification standards. It’s important to note that certification does not provide an additional warranty; it simply ensures your building meets local codes and regulations. If certification is required in your area, you may also need a copy of the blueprints, which your building specialist can provide and explain in detail.
If you're being financed then your monthly payemnt bill is decided by the loan team. If you're paying for the project yourself (Not financed through us) then this is how you pay for the building, 1st- You will make a deposit no more than 20%. This allows us to order some of the material at the current market rate and secures your building. 2nd- IF your building is over $15,000 you will be required to pay half of the remaining balance at time of scheduling. This will order the remainder of your material and start your set lead time. 3rd- The other half of the balance due will be paid to our crew foreman/leader after you're 100% satisfied with your investment. You can pay this balance off in cash, if you'd like!
These are tubular steel buildings. The tubing is standard 14 Gauge (or 2.5" x 2.5") we also offer an upgraded 12 Gauge (2.25" x 2.25"). The 12 gauge has a thicker diameter. Our panels come standard 29 Gauge but there is an optional heavier 26 Gauge upgrade also. FL customers may have both upgrades as standard, please ask your rep.
